1. The service · 서비스
Everglow Studio operates ClapLog, a local-first film-production workflow product. This statement identifies the current operator and does not describe a separate corporate legal entity. ClapLog supports smart-slate, clap-receiver, scripty, project, crew and production-report workflows. Features may differ by device, account, project, location, network conditions and subscription tier.
2. Accounts and authority · 계정과 권한
You must provide accurate account information and protect your device and Google account. Project owners and administrators are responsible for inviting the correct people and assigning appropriate roles. You may upload, enter or share production information only when you have authority to do so.
A Google account identifies a person, but it does not by itself grant access to every ClapLog project. Project membership and role permissions are separately enforced.
3. Production responsibility · 촬영 현장 책임
ClapLog assists production records and cue workflows; it is not a certified timecode generator, safety device, emergency service, camera recorder or audio recorder. Displayed or network-delivered timing can be affected by clocks, operating systems, radios, speakers and network conditions. Production teams must independently verify timecode, recording, synchronization and safety-critical decisions using appropriate professional equipment and procedures.
4. Your content · 사용자 콘텐츠
You retain ownership of production records, photos, scripts and other content you lawfully provide. You grant ClapLog a limited licence to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain and support the features you choose. You are responsible for clearances, confidentiality obligations, call-sheet data and permissions from collaborators or subjects.
5. Google and third-party services · Google 및 외부 서비스
Google Sign-In, Drive and Google Sheets reports are governed by Google's terms in addition to these terms. The app sends a Google ID token to the ClapLog Project Service for identity verification, but Google Drive access tokens are used directly from the device to Google and are not sent to that service. Apple and Cloudflare services may also support app distribution and infrastructure. Third-party outages, policy changes or account restrictions may affect those integrations.
Current Google file use is limited to Google Sheets. Active project members assigned to a report receive read-only viewer access. When membership changes, ClapLog removes only sharing permissions that it recorded as created by ClapLog; it does not remove owner, inherited or user-managed permissions. You remain responsible for files and sharing permissions in your Google account.
6. Acceptable use · 허용되는 사용
You must not:
- access a project, account or production record without authorization;
- share invitation links, personal data or confidential production material improperly;
- interfere with security, pairing, rate limits, service integrity or other users;
- introduce malware, unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights;
- reverse engineer or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use ClapLog to misrepresent recorded events, credits, approvals or production evidence.
7. Availability, beta and changes · 제공 상태와 변경
Development, preview, beta, reserved and “Pro 준비” features may be incomplete, change or be unavailable and should not be relied on as production backups unless the interface expressly confirms that the feature is active. We may improve, suspend or discontinue features, while taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary loss of user-controlled records.
8. Fees and subscriptions · 요금과 구독
Some current or future features may require a paid plan. Price, billing period, included use, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. A label that a feature is planned or reserved does not create a paid entitlement or authorize an upload.
9. Suspension and termination · 이용 제한과 종료
You may stop using ClapLog at any time. Signing out does not revoke the Google access previously granted to ClapLog; revocation is a separate action in your Google Account access controls. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment or risk to other users. Shared production records may remain subject to project ownership, retention, legal and collaborator obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers · 보증의 제한
To the extent permitted by law, ClapLog is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect synchronization, compatibility with every production device or that a report replaces professional verification. Rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Liability · 책임 제한
To the extent permitted by law, ClapLog and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of production time, missed recordings or lost profits arising from use of or inability to use the service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability caused by fraud or wilful misconduct.
12. Governing law · 준거법
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Disputes will be brought in the courts of British Columbia unless applicable law requires another forum.
13. Changes and contact · 변경 및 문의
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Questions can be sent to support@claplog.app.
